Sleeve-IT™ Rail Integration Device

Sleeve-IT consists of two main components:

  1. A high density polyethylene sleeve and cap. The sleeve unit is two pieces specifically manufactured for field assembly. The cap fits securely and prevents debris and soil material from entering the sleeve cavity. 
  2. A cantilever base of welded wire reinforcement using D-4 and D-7 wire and meet the requirements of ASTM A497. The steel wire complies with ASTM A496. Exposed portions of base are coated with a proprietary PVC Plastisol coating.
