New York DOT follows AASHTO M288 guidelines, but approves geotextile products in addition to the AASHTO standard specifications. Below are US Fabrics' geotextile products approved for use by New York DOT, listed by their application.
New York DOT uses these default geotextile strength classes: Drainage (2); Stabilization (1); Separation (2); Slope Protection (1); Bedding (2 mono- 1 combo)
