Section 2 – Hazardous Ingredients

No hazardous components in geotextile fabrics at or above threshold limit values.

Ingredient: Polypropylene

Section 4 – Emergency & First Aid Measures

Eye Contact: Flush with water.

Skin Contact: Treat as thermal burn if contact is made with molten material.

Ingestion: Not Applicable

Inhalation: Not Applicable

Section 5 – Fire Fighting Measures

Flash Point: > 600 degrees (F)

Extinguishing Media: Dry Chemical, CO2, Foam, Water or Halon

Special Fire Fighting Procedure:

Avoid inhalation of vapors.

Use self-contained breathing apparatus when fire fighting in confined areas.

Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards:

Treat as a solid that can burn. Generally burns slowly with low smoke density and flaming drips. Burns with high smoke density under certain conditions.

Storage: Sore in cool, dry locations away from oxidizing materials.

Respiratory Protection: Use NIQSH respirators when handling hot/molten product.

Skin Protection: Use gloves when handling molten product.

Work Hygienic Practices: Wash hands and clothes after handling.
